For many years, it has been my honor to be the official photographer for the Archdiocese of St. Louis' priesthood and transitional diaconate ordination Masses, and this year's class included a few of my friends from when I was a seminarian myself!
For the past few years, I have been honored to be chosen as the official photographer for the priesthood ordination Mass in the Cathedral Basilica of St. Louis.
The Cathedral offers a very challenging environment for photography; there is no flash allowed inside the building—even if there were, there's nothing off which a flash could be bounced, and any remote location a flash could be mounted is far enough away that it wouldn't help the lighting much.
