I don't believe this photo depicts Clement X. It is (to me), clearly a representation of St. Peter (basic iconography of white hair and beard, keys to the kingdom of heaven). Looking at the inscription, it looks like this was done for the Jubilee Year of 1675, which was proclaimed by Clement X. It is on the interior side of the Holy Door, which is only opened during Jubilee Years. Pilgrims passing through the Holy Door while it is open receive a plenary indulgence. This further suggests that the image is of St. Peter.
